WHO WE ARE
Meet the expert behind A2P&T Consulting
Because aviation is continuously growing with few possibilities to extend airport footprint, airfield pavement must be treated as a treasure.
Aircraft boarding, taxi, take-off and landing would not be possible without safe, strong and sustainable pavement.

Cyril FABRE
A2P&T Founder and President
Cyril FABRE, Airfield Pavement Expert has 20+ years’ experience in Airport compatibility with AIRBUS,
In 1999 C. FABRE joined the A380 programme (Formerly called Large Aircraft division) in the Infrastructure and Environment Department. He is appointed Head of A380 Pavement experimental programme (A380 P.E.P), which set down the basis of the full A380 landing gear configuration and the new French pavement design and analysis method based on Layered Elastic Analysis (LEA)
He initiated and performed the High Tire Pressure test (HTPT) which served, with the FAA findings, the new ICAO tire pressure limits code endorsed by ICAO in 2012 with applicability by ICAO member States since Nov.2013.
He led the ICAO ACN/PCN Task force which develop the new ICAO Pavement rating system, (the ACR/PCR). which will enter into force in Nov. 2024
In the frame of the A400M development campaign, he manages the development of a new doctrine for assessing ground facility suitability for demonstrating the tactical capabilities of the A400M on semi-prepared airfield
EDUCATION
Cyril FABRE has a university post-graduate technical degree in Aeronautics and space techniques complemented with 10+ yrs continuous training in civil engineering.

OUR MISSION
Our mission is to make Airport pavement entering into a new paradigm in which, sustainability, economic and science go in the same direction.
The early semi-emprical methods have been gradually replaced by the less conservative mechanistic_empirical procedures, opening a new era of pavement management, with controlled pavement damages, thus predictive maintenance and consequently lower GHG emission over the entire pavement live cycle
CORE VALUES:
Knowledge
Knowledge is nothing if not shared
Knowledge is all if its purpose is to make us continuously growing
Customer focus
we are satisfied when our commitments to our customers produce long-term value that benefits all stakeholders
Sustainability
sustainability is not an option, but a virtuous circle that must be placed at the heart of the airport ecosystem
